How Can I Tell if I Have a Roof Leak?
If you notice water coming through your ceiling or walls, there could be several possible causes—such as condensation, plumbing issues, or a roof leak. When it comes to roofing, leaks are more common around edges, valleys, and penetrations than along the ridges.
Keep in mind, water doesn’t always drip straight through the point of entry—it can travel along framing or pool in certain areas before finally making its way through the ceiling.

How Long does a Roofing System Last?
The lifespan of your new roof depends largely on the materials you choose. Our standard roofing materials typically last between 18 to 25 years.
We provide full coverage for the first 10 years—including materials and labor. After 10 years, coverage becomes prorated based on the type of shingles used. For example, a "lifetime" shingle is prorated over a 30-year period. Keep in mind, accessories and labor are not included after that time unless additional coverage is selected.
Our upgraded warranty covers both materials and labor—including dumpster costs—for up to 25 years. If you choose high-end shingles, they can come with a prorated warranty of up to 50 years. For flat roofing systems, we offer lifetime warranties for residential properties and 20-year warranties for commercial buildings.
We also offer extended warranties that include both labor and materials for up to 50 years, providing maximum long-term peace of mind.
